Check out this handsome little beach bum

Joshua's mummy Kim is the other half of dinkyheart, so when she said she wanted a mini shoot on the beach I knew it would be awesome. Although Kim is on a well deserved break from all things photography at the moment, she wanted me to capture Joshua's first 'proper' experience of the beach, sand between his toes, bare bum in the sea, the lot! 

We weren't really sure what he would make of it all, whether he would hate the textures or attempt to eat everything he touched, so armed with copious amounts of water, baby wipes and a towel mummy and daddy let Joshua explore in his own time and... he absolutely loved it of course ♥
