Exploring with Max

Suzy is a fellow photographer based in the UK and although we'd never met in person we'd become firm friends in cyber space in our online photographers group, so when she asked me to photograph her little family whilst I was back in the UK over the summer I was delighted.

Suzy suggested we have the photo session at cotswold wildlife park, her and her fiancé Alan had been there early on in their relationship, and being outdoor, nature lovers, it seemed perfect to take Max  somewhere that he could explore and enjoy being a little boy.

The wildlife park was amazing and Max was thrilled to be surrounded by all the animals, he's such a brave little thing and wanted to see and explore it all xox

I hope you've enjoyed exploring cotswold country park with us. If this session has inspired you to have a photo session somewhere that your family holds dear, then get in touch and we can discuss your ideas. I'm now offering experience packages, which include a photo book of your session, to treasure with your little ones for years to come.

Beautiful baby Mabel...

Mabels mummy got in touch with me weeks before she was due, in the hope that I would be back in the UK on or around her due date, and as luck would have it I was due back just a couple of weeks after. We scheduled her in, but of course, with due dates being anything but reliable, Mabel was born early and we had to reconsider our plans. I usually only photograph newborns up to 12 days old because it can get a bit tricky after this point (Read more about scheduling a newborn session HERE), but Mabel's mummy was quite confident that she would be sleepy and calm for the session so we went ahead.

And she was an absolute dream!

We had discussed in advance how we could include their two beautiful golden retrievers, in some of the images, and I of course was super keen. With some convincing/bribing we managed to get Reg, and Hugo, who is a little more camera shy, to pose beautifully with their baby sister.

The whole session was so lovely and calm, and the beautiful features, like big windows and quirky, vintage furniture, along with the stunning light and lovely light colours were a real treat.

I hope you enjoy the images of the beautiful Mabel and her fury big brothers as much as I enjoyed taking them xox
