Get the photo book...

I'm excited to finally announce the launch of my BEAUTIFUL, bespoke, hand crafted photo books that will now be available for all *past and future clients. It's taken me ages to find a supplier that I'm fully happy with, and these books are pretty darn perfect!!!

Printed on 100% recycled matt paper and available in soft or hard cover, these photo books are a beautiful and practical way of displaying your families treasured memories.
A photo book perfectly compliments the authentic lifestyle approach of the photo sessions and effortlessly tells the story of your family. The books make stunning coffee table pieces and are fantastic gifts for grandparents

... Christmas is only 18 weeks away... just sayin' ;)

Whilst I am still offering my digital package (shoot and USB) I would urge you to consider the photo book as a simple, hassle free way of displaying your images for all to see.

If you're interested in finding out more about the session, or the book,  drop me an email lianne@dinkyheart.com

I am now taking bookings for September and the rest of the winter, but due to my family commitments :) and the time needed for photo book design I will only be taking 2 bookings per week so if you have a specific date in mind get in touch ASAP xox

Back to the beginning....

This session was particularly special for me.

It represents just how far dinkyheart photography has come and yet how the essence, the purpose and the message remains the same, capturing and documenting the genuine love between families.

Alfie was the first newborn I ever photographed as dinkyheart photography (see his newborn session here), and I've photographed him every birthday and Christmas since. I've watched and documented him grow from a teeny tiny, fragile newborn, to a funny, cheeky, handsome little boy, and now to a gorgeous, kind big brother to baby Alby. Its like we've come full circle and now a new journey as a family of four will continue.

So here's Alfie introducing the precious baby Alby at 10 days old...

Ede at 5 months old...

You're cute and shy // you love music and the sound of your own voice {especially at 5am} // you're stubborn and determined // you're desperate to walk and crawl // you've just learned to sit - minus a few mishaps // you can roll from your back to your front but seem to have forgotten how to roll from your front to back, so you always get stuck on your front // you're so brave and try so hard not to cry // but when you do cry you have the loudest cry in the whole wide world // you're very sure of who and what you want, and fight to get your own way already // you're more than ready to sleep in your own room but I want to keep you close for just a while longer // you put every toy in your mouth and don't play with even one of the toys I picked especially for you at this stage // you suck your thumb when you're tired but fight being put down for a nap //  your first response to people is a frown, usually followed by a giggle // you love being outside // you love Old MacDonald had a Farm and your favourite sounds are sheep and Lion {not strictly a farm animal but I don't think you mind} // you are our beautiful, perfect baby girl at 5 months old
